The staff was very helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and providing suggestions for activities. The poolside service was excellent, with ice water and towels readily available. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was amazing.
The front desk and valet service seemed impersonal and robotic. The restaurant was often booked by the public, making it difficult for resort guests to get a seat.

Reasonably spacious hotel with a lovely pool and an incredible and wonderful location near the mountain. Stylish spotless rooms, they are provided with beautiful views and the garden and bigger beds. Attentive staff at the check-out, everything is good.

The breakfast with beverages and fresh fruits, for instance was delicious for what you got. Location: the hotel was not far from the well groomed golf course, Scottsdale has to offer, and the " regular " Phoenician. I ate at the casual restaurant near the property.

Special shoutout to Johanna Guzman, who surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates for the birthday girl and a welcoming bottle of wine. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and a short distance to attractions in this city.
